During winter and fall, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a real thing that can affect many of us when the weather is cold and gloomy. The shades can be darker, bolder with cooler tones to add to the mix.

Spring IS the season of change. Once the sun starts shining, flowers start blooming, and the weather warms up, I find myself using more color. I like to use shades of pink (blush and lips). I also like to add more shimmer to my cheeks with a warm highlighter (in shades of gold). These makeup colors are similar for me in the summer as well. The key for the summer is to keep it light and glowy!
